BACKGROUND

Hayley spent 8 years in the Royal Australian Air Force before her career change.  With a background in the Military, Hayley knows it takes a team to achieve a mission so will always find the best person and team to help you achieve your goals, whether that's a new doctor, physio or even a new cleaner!

 

PHILOSOPHIES

Hayley understands the complex relationship we have with food - we eat it not for just physical nourishment but also for emotional nourishment, whether that's to feed happiness, sadness, stress, irritation, boredom, anger, enjoyment and/or pleasure.  Hayley strongly believes that to diets aren't made perfect in the kitchen, they're made perfect by balancing the psyche.  She takes a holistic approach to a nutrition service, whether that be health, life, career, or nutrition coaching to best address the barriers that are impacting her clients nutrition and life.  She believes that meal plans and diets should be enjoyable and sustainable, so is often seen to 'program' chocolate and other favourite foods into her clients plan.

 

INTEREST

Hayley has a strong interest in sports nutrition and all things biochemistry and metabolism.  Her work within the bodybuilding and fitness industry has led her to develop a solid foundation of evidence-based protocols for improving and repairing metabolism, maximising performance, increasing fat loss and increasing muscle mass.  Outside of nutrition and fitness, her time is spent with her fiancé, Damon and their two Gremlins (A.K.A. French Bulldogs).

Damon's not just your average knuckle head.  He's been employed in the Royal Australian Air Force for the last decade as an Avionic Technician where he's worked on fighter jets his whole career.  His time in service has seen him travel all over the world on training exercises and in overseas humanitarian operations.

INTEREST

Damon's interest in performance-based training is in his blood (or muscles if you've ever seen him!).  After years of training for the love of it, he finally decided to jump on stage for the first time in 2014 where he competed in and won every devision he entered.  As luck would have it, he was unable to complete the season that year as he was called into service for an overseas humanitarian operation, so he backed up for round 2 the year later and once again, saw success. Outside of training and eating, Damon is also a loving dad to two French Bulldogs, and fiancé to Hayley.
