SPORTS SPECIFIC S&C

No matter what sport you participate in, we can provide training programs to best meet you seasonal body composition or performance-based goals.  Our S&C coach specialises in aesthetic sports including bodybuilding; and weight category sports including powerlifting, weight lifting, MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, judo, wrestling, rowing.

TRAINING YOUR GENETIC

An exercise that produces results for one person,  may not produce the same results for another. Our S&C coach understands how to tailor your training program to take advantage of your  inherit genetic traits and target your genetic weak areas., to best maximise your performance and/or body composition goals.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

It's important to have a training program that considers your movement patterns and limitations.  Our training programs can incorporate corrective exercises to restore your  disfunctional movement patterns to help you best achieve your goals.  Our S&C coach is FMS trained, but is currently not offering screening.

CONTEST PREPARATION

Our S&C coach designs individualised, 6-week online training programs to help you improve your exercise performance, whether that's power, speed, and/or strength;  minimise injuries, and/or rehabilitate any functional movement issues you may have.  All programs are 100% individualised and tailored to your genetics, preferences, goals and level of training to help you achieve your full potential.

 

Each client will receive an online log-in, where they will be able to view their training program, track progress during each training session, and provide real-time progress and feedback to our S&C coach.

 

In order to create you a unique training program, our S&C coach needs to have a 15 minute chat over the phone or via video chat to discuss your goals, level of training and any functional limitations you may have. From here we will work with you to develop a plan that best compliments your needs.

 

Our S&C coach is currently not offering face-to-face training or consultations at this time, but is offering video chat or phone consultations to set up programs. Watch this space for updates as you may see Damon in a new facility soon.

Our packages are designed by our Dynamic team.  Our Sports Dietitians provide the nutrition expertise while our S&C coach provides the training programs.

 

The Dynamic team works with you to devise unique, holistic and individualised nutrition plans and training programs tailored to your preferences, goals, health and lifestyle to help you reach your genetic potential.

 

We guarantee you'll get results with our expert advice and packages, so consultations are part of a nutrition and training coaching package.  Nutrition consultations can be delivered face-to-face in our Greenslopes office, or online via video chat if you're based outside of Brisbane.
