OUR PROGRAMS 

We love seeing people feel better, look better, perform better and understand more about how their body works. Our uniquely tailored programs provide you with the ongoing support, accountability and evidence-based practice you need to achieve exceptional results. All programs are individually created and tailored to your unique situation, genetics, metabolic health, goals and preferences! 

Our service is fully online and all consultation are delivered via phone and/or video chat. For those located in Brisbane, we are able to offer one in-person exercise program design consultation with Damon only.

DYNAMIC NUTRITION PROGRAM

Here at Dynamic Body Labs, we like to give you the control around what you like to eat. Flexible dieting allows you to still enjoy the foods you like, is a whole lot less restrictive than a meal plan, and helps keep you on track and achieving your success with your goals. Your nutrition plan includes a highly structured periodised prescription of carbohydrate, fat and protein targets (macros) suited to your goals with mentoring on achieving these targets through quality, nutrient dense foods.  

Program Inclusions:

  • 60 minute deep dive consultation where we learn about your lifestyle, metabolic health, nutrition habits, exercise habits and goals

  • Advanced Nutrition Plan (periodised macro-targets) which includes an individualised and periodised macro-targeted nutrition plan with programmed meal examples and unlimited amendments. Macro’s are periodised across the day and week to optimise your performance, recovery, muscle growth, hormones and health. The plan includes a step-by-step instruction on how to program your foods according to your highly structured and individualised macros.

  • 90 minute nutrition plan delivery consultation where we provide you with your advanced nutrition plan as well as the evidence-based knowledge and reasoning behind your nutrition plan.

  • 4 nutrition coaching sessions where we can discuss your challenges and celebrate your wins (30 mins each)

  • Unlimited nutrition plan amendments

  • Unlimited nutrition support and mentoring

$105/week for check ins every week

$790 First 6 week all-inclusive block

$60/week for check ins every 2 weeks

COST

The first 6 weeks are an upfront all-inclusive payment for the entire block. After week 6, you then transfer to a direct debit program depending on the support, guidance  and motivation you feel you need to keep you on track and achieving your goals.

DYNAMIC EXERCISE PROGRAM

An individualised and periodised 6-week online training program to help you improve your exercise performance, whether that's power, speed, and/or strength;  minimise injuries, and/or rehabilitate any functional movement issues you may have.  All programs are 100% individualised and tailored to your genetics, preferences, goals and level of training to help you achieve your full potential

 

Program Inclusions:​

  • 30-60 minute exercise program design consultation where we understand your goals, level of training, any functional limitations you may have and available access to equipment.

  • Individualised and periodised 6-week exercise plan delivered via mobile app Trainerize, complete with exercise videos, designated rep, sets, built-in timer for rest periods and more! 

  • Unlimited exercise plan amendments

  • Unlimited training support and mentoring

COST

$365 First 6 week all-inclusive block

$40/week

Your training program is redesigned every 6 weeks to keep you on track and progressing with your body composition and strength goals.

The first 6 weeks are an upfront all-inclusive payment for the entire block. After week 6, you then transfer to a direct debit program.

Want to add regular Personal Training to keep you on track and accountable?

  • $85 per 60-minute personal training

Our entry-level program best suited to those with a general fitness or body composition goal, who have advanced experience with tracking food and counting macros and need little support or accountability.

Program Inclusions:​

  • 30-60 minute exercise program design consultation where we understand your goals, level of training, any functional limitations you may have and available access to equipment.

  • Individualised and periodised 6-week exercise plan delivered via mobile app Trainerize, complete with exercise videos, designated rep, sets, built-in timer for rest periods and more! 

  • Basic Macro Plan (macro-targets only) where we provide carbohydrate, fat and protein targets provided to your goals with amendments limited to online form check ins. This plan doesn’t include example meals, additional out-of-hours support and is purely daily macro targets for flexible dieting.

  • 2 Online form check in where you can report your challenges and celebrate your wins, and we provide you with feedback to keep you on track and accountable to your goals.

The general training program is redesigned every 6 weeks to keep you on track and progressing with your body composition and strength goals.
